启动2024年第二季度的优化可行性研究

金牛座大桥延至2024年6月21日

金牛座目前提供的桥梁设施自20232年4月关闭以来不时提取，目前已全额提取3500万美元。资金的收益通过订购长期主要项目、开始土方工程和其他工作计划分配给开发基尼罗黄金项目。
